porridge oats

agave syrup

40g (1.4oz)
coconut oil

vanilla extract

baking powder

120g (4.2oz)
chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a 8×8 brownie tray.
- Add everything but the chocolate chips to a food processor (or blender), and wizz until super smooth.
- Fold in most of the chips, and pour into the tray. Dot the remaining chocolate chips over the top.
- Bake for 15-18 mins.
- Cool for at least 10 mins before cutting into 9 squares. And if you can bare the wait - refrigerate overnight for the perfect texture.
