desiccated coconut (plus extra for rolling)

180ml
agave syrup

2 tbsp
coconut oil

1/2 tsp
cardamom powder

chopped nuts
Method
- Heat a pan on low flame, add desiccated coconut and lightly toast for a few minutes until fragrant.
- In a separate pan, melt the coconut oil then add the agave.
- Pour this into the toasted coconut, add the nuts and mix well.
- While still warm, take small portions and roll them into balls (around 10-12) then then roll and coat in the extra coconut for a nice finish.
- Let them set for 10 minutes, preferably in the fridge, before serving.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
