Method
To make the protein powder:
- Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and whizz in short bursts until you have a fine powder. (Be sure to scrape down the sides occasionally to avoid uneven grinding.)
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
To make the overnight oats:
- Combine the oats, protein powder, and milk and stir thoroughly.
- Then add the dates, nuts, agave, and frozen fruit.
- Refrigerate overnight (minimum 4–6 hours).
- Before eating, add a splash more milk if needed for your desired consistency. We also like to top ours with plant-based yoghurt.
