The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services are available to you, and at what charge. You will only pay one delivery charge per address, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order.

Free UK Delivery is automatically applied to your order when you spend £75.

Unfortunately, we cannot extend this offer to all UK postcodes.

Please refer to the table below to see a list of postcodes that do not qualify for our free delivery offer.

Where possible we will dispatch orders using Royal Mail 1st Class Post and Royal Mail Special Delivery Services. Unfortunately, some larger products and orders incur an additional charge this may be due to volumetric weight. Your delivery options will be displayed on the checkout page the shipping charged is based on the items you have in your basket.

Postal weight appears on each product page to facilitate calculation of shipping fees and is based upon the typical weight of the product plus its usual packaging.

If you choose one of our express delivery services and our nominated courier does not attempt to deliver to you within the given time frame then we will refund your postage costs.

DPD Pickup

No need to wait in for a delivery, you can now have your order shipped to a local DPD Pickup shop at your convenience. You'll be notified by email / SMS when your parcel is ready to collect, and all you need to do to pick up your parcel is take your Pickup Pass (either printed or visible on a smartphone) and photo ID (Passport or Drivers Licence).

Place your order before 2pm Mon - Fri, then select DPD Pickup as your delivery option at checkout and your order will be delivered the Next Working Day (Mon-Fri) and stay in store for up to 7 days so you can collect at a time to suit you.

Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately, we do not offer customer collection from our warehouse currently.

How will I be updated on my order?

For parcels sent via standard delivery, we will notify you via email when it leaves our warehouse and will provide you with a tracking link if available. For parcels sent express delivery via DPD, if you provide us with a mobile number we will notify you on the day of delivery of a one hour time slot you can expect your parcel, so you don't need to wait in all day. If you don't provide us with a mobile number, DPD will update you on your parcel status via email instead.

Packaging

Your order will be sent out in plastic free packaging. We currently use recycled cardboard boxes or reuse the boxes in which we receive stock from our suppliers. To protect your items, we use a paper bubble wrap alternative, unbleached kraft roll and 100% recycled paper void fill. All boxes are sealed with paper tape.

Environmentally Conscious Delivery Programme

If you would like to offset the carbon emissions of your order, you can add £1 to your order in the checkout which we will donate to Trees for Life to help support their environmental conservation work, which in turn works to combat the carbon emissions related to the delivery of your order.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you have ordered, please return it within 30 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your money or send you a replacement.

To qualify:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Certain products are excluded from our refund policy. Please refer to the Non-Refundable Items section below.

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.



HOW TO RETURN ITEMS

  • Call us on 0333 400 0463 to confirm the correct return address and receive advice on the best method to return your parcel. Please note items bought from a dropship supplier need returning to their returns address.
  • Securely package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit.
  • Complete a Returns Form found here.

Please note if you do not complete a returns form in order to qualify for a refund you will need to indicate whether you would like a refund or replacement and include your name and order number in your parcel.

Send your return to us and obtain proof of postage (a certificate of posting is available free at the Post Office). This should be kept in a safe place in case you need to claim compensation from the carrier. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for goods in transit from our customers.

RETURN POSTAGE COSTS

Return costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error, in these cases, we will be happy to reimburse the cost of returning up to £5. For convenience, we can also arrange collection of items for a £5 fee, this will be deducted from the refund cost unless item is faulty, damaged or sent in error.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We aim to process your return promptly, however, please allow up to 21 days after receiving your return for your refund/replacement to be actioned. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges are available only for identical products or different sizes. Refunds for gifts will be made to the original payer, and any exchange will notify the payer.

PROMOTIONAL CODE ADJUSTMENTS

Please note that if you applied a promotional code to your order with a minimum spend requirement and the return of your item(s) brings your order total below that threshold, your order will no longer qualify for the promotional code conditions. As a result, the refunded amount will be adjusted.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

In the interests of hygiene, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless faulty:
  • Underwear briefs, pants, hosiery, and swimwear, unless the original packaging remains undamaged and unopened with hygiene seal intact.
  • Quilts, duvets, pillows, and bedding, unless the original packaging remains undamaged and unopened.
  • Cosmetics, toiletries, and feminine hygiene products unless the original packaging remains undamaged and unopened.
  • Food and beverages, unless they are unopened with any seals and shrink-wrap intact.
  • Pierced earrings and pierced body jewellery, we are unable to refund or exchange any pierced jewellery
  • Donation Gift Cards, we are unable to refund or exchange as these count as a charity donation. If the card received is damaged, please contact customer services to arrange a replacement.

RETURNS FORM

You can download and print our Returns Form. This can be returned to Suma Store Returns, PO Box 1000, Gateshead, NE85 2BS. Please ensure you enter the full details of your order on the form to enable us to process the refund.


WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS UNDER THE CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS?

If you are contracting with us as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 working days after the day on which you receive the goods you ordered. You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and they must be returned to us (if possible, see individual product Returns Policies for details) or collection arrangements made, promptly at your cost. If we collect the item from you, you will be charged the cost of collection (up to £100 in some cases) which will be notified to you at the time of cancellation.

You must inform us of the cancellation of the contract.
